Privacy policy
Interval Walk is a walking timer. It does not create an account, show ads, or send your data to a server.
Data stored on the device
Walk history (dates, times, and step counts per round), an in-progress session if a walk is interrupted, and your preferences (theme, intervals, time display, sound, and haptic alerts) are saved in app storage on the device.
Permissions
Physical activity access is used only to count steps during a walk, through the device step detector. Notifications keep the timer running when the screen is off. Vibration and a wake lock are used for round alerts and to keep the session clock reliable while you walk.
Purchases
Interval Walk Pro is a one-time license sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment. This app only stores whether Pro is owned on the device, so custom intervals and color themes stay unlocked offline. You can restore the license on another device signed into the same Google account.
What we do not collect
The app has no internet permission. It does not collect your name, location, contacts, or health records, and it does not use analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services.
Backup
Walk history and any in-progress session are excluded from cloud backup and device transfer. Theme and alert preferences may be included in the device’s own backup.
Children
The app is a general-purpose timer and is not directed at children under 13.
Open fonts
The app uses Shippori Mincho, Zen Kaku Gothic New, and Google Sans Code, licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1.
